Job Description
Responsibilities
- Resolve incidents/problems reported by end users in different modules of ERP systems.
- Facilitate the implementation of new requirements.
- Manage documentation related to issue resolution and routine operations.
- Bridge gap between business and technical teams.
- Test new changes with business users before production.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in ICT/Management Information Systems.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Oracle EBS R 12.2.
- SQL / PLSQL knowledge required.
- Strong liaison between business and technical teams.
- Quick grasp of new concepts and system functionality.
- Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
