Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage & nurture client relationships
- Drive revenue growth through upselling & cross-selling
- Ensure customer satisfaction & support
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Provide expert advice and consultative selling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Stay updated on industry trends
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports
- Commit to continuous learning and development
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Sales / Management / Marketing
- More than 2 years’ experience in the sales field
- Sound knowledge in IT and fluency in all three languages
