Job Description
@Uptime provides white-label IT Support, Helpdesk, and NOC services to MSPs, allowing them to expand service offerings. Join a leading UK-based MSP to enhance technical knowledge. Work UK daytime hours, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Offer high-quality remote support
- Work effectively under pressure
- Demonstrate strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent English communication skills
- Document all interactions in the ticketing system
- Resolve customer issues promptly
- Troubleshoot problems remotely
Knowledge and Expertise:
- IT support experience
- Proficiency in call logging systems and remote support tools
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Google Workspaces, macOS, and Windows
- Understanding of PC hardware, server environments, Active Directory, networking, and cloud platforms like Azure
