Role Description

This full-time on-site role involves HR management, operations, employee relations, policies, and overall HR functions at Hummingbird International PVT Limited. The responsibilities include defining purpose, values, and competencies, connecting people with the organization’s strategy through shared values.

Qualifications

• HR Management, Operations, and Employee Relations skills
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Experience in HR functions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with HR software and systems
• Experience in strategy and organizational design is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
