Job Description
The Institute of Informatics Technology is seeking applications from self-motivated individuals for the position of Project Management Engineer. This full-time role is based at a construction site in Ratmalana, specifically for a new building construction project. Applicants must be under 40 years of age.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform time and quality management processes for the project.
- Prepare project programs using relevant software.
- Conduct regular monitoring and reporting.
- Coordinate with all consultants to ensure timely project completion.
- Follow up on deliverables and compile progress reports.
- Manage quality reporting and supervise the construction site.
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer applications relevant to project management.
