Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Executive at ISOFTFriends. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include prospecting potential customers, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. You will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our IT support solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Knowledge of IT support services and technologies
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
