Job Description
Job Duties:
- Process payments and invoices
- Reconcile invoices with departmental billings
- Issue invoices to customers
- Track payments and process tax functions
- Handle EPF/ETF/PAYE and Payroll tasks
- Review employee expenses for reimbursement
- Make bank deposits and validate invoices
- Check financial transactions for accuracy
- Key data into accounting system and disburse funds
Requirements
- Second level in ACA, AACA, or Degree
- Minimum Two years of relevant experience
- Exposure in a Main Line Operator or Shipping vertical
- Proficient in English communication (written and spoken)
