Job Description

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure appropriate accounting policies are applied during the preparation of yearly and monthly accounts.
• Supervise daily operations within the scope of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Authorize and oversee the processing of pre-requisition orders within set standards.
• Collaborate with accounts and finance manager for smooth running of the accounts department.
• Assist in preparing annual budgets and income-expenditure patterns.
• Oversee bank funds and accounts collection, deposit, and reconciliation.
• Ensure timely VAT and tax returns submission.
• Provide customer support and assist in resolving payment issues.
• Maintain financial information, ensure compliance, and conduct audits.
• Process payments and financial documents.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Accounts Executive or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of accounting and financial principles.
• Excellent cost accounting, risk analysis, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP, and MS Office.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, good communication, and organizational skills.
• Part/full qualification in accounting or finance field, relevant certification preferred.
