Job Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage tour costings and travel budget efficiently.
• Handle agent inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate tour arrangements with operations team.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Provide personalized travel advice and resolve issues.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and record-keeping.
• Stay updated on travel trends and industry developments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English and computer literacy.
• Prior experience in tourism industry preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
