Job Description
The job holder is responsible for promoting and maintaining an effective Operational Risk Management Culture at NDB in alignment with the Integrated Risk Management Framework/Operational Risk Management Policy.
The Job:
- – Review and enhance the Operational Risk Policy and guidelines in line with Integrated Risk Management Framework.
- – Oversee implementation of Operational Risk Management tools and recommend improvements to mitigate operational risks.
- – Prepare reports for Risk Management/Board Audit committees and Board of Directors.
- – Conduct presentations at Risk forums.
The Person:
- – Full qualification in Banking, Finance, or related field.
- – Minimum 10 years banking experience with at least 5 years in Operational Risk.
- – Strong knowledge of Banking operations and Risk management.
- – Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- – Team player with attention to accuracy and timeliness.
