Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Software Support Engineer at Block-Stars Pvt. Ltd. The Customer Software Support Engineer will provide technical support to customers, resolve software-related issues, and collaborate with teams to enhance software functionality and user experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience with Postman
- Strong knowledge in computer science and software development
- Experience in back-end web development and programming
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP)
- Passion for technology and problem-solving
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science or related field
Relevant skills in blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and Defi apps would be beneficial.
