Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair solar power systems, including photovoltaic (PV) panels, inverters, batteries, and related components.
- Conduct site assessments to determine optimal locations for solar panels and system configurations.
- Perform electrical wiring in accordance with relevant codes and standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with solar power systems and other electrical installations.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in solar and electrical power systems.
- Collaborate with other team members and provide support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 3 – 4 years of proven experience as an electrician with a focus on solar and power systems.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and components.
- Familiarity with relevant safety standards and electrical codes.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Relevant certifications and training in solar and electrical systems are a plus.
