Job Description
Position: Revenue Analyst
Quess Lanka, a reputed 5-star hotel in Colombo, is seeking a skilled candidate for their Revenue Department. The Revenue Analyst will play a vital role in enhancing revenue performance through data analysis and pricing strategies. Responsibilities include market trend analysis, demand forecasting, and maximizing room occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on occupancy, rates, and revenue.
- Develop accurate demand forecasts based on historical data and market trends.
- Implement dynamic pricing strategies for revenue maximization.
- Prepare detailed revenue performance reports for management.
- Maintain and update revenue management systems and tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel industry revenue management or data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
