Position: 1st Line Support Engineer
About us: At Uptime Solutions, we are growing our global team of technical specialists and seeking to expand our team based in Colombo.
Role Description: As a 1st Line Support Engineer, you will proactively manage and troubleshoot issues for our partners’ end customers. You will work collaboratively with a diverse team across different regions.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting technical issues (Windows 10, Office 365, etc.)
- Basic administration of Windows Server and network troubleshooting
- Logging and responding to support tickets
Requirements:
- Passion for technology and self-development
- Experience in a managed service provider
- Knowledge of RMM or PSA systems
