Job Description

This position is a contractual position on rolls of third party.

Job Purpose

This position will support the Sales Manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products in Sri Lanka. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and increasing market share.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and pursue growth opportunities
• Prepare proposals, identify customer needs, and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Monitor projects, deliveries, and collections closely

Qualifications:

• Citizen of Sri Lanka with 2-5 years of sales experience in Paints industry
• NACE level 1 certified (preferable) with strong communication skills

Reporting to:

Sales Manager – South India & Sri Lanka, Protective Coatings Division
