Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Orion City office, Colombo. As an Account Executive, your main responsibilities include managing and nurturing relationships with Australian clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored HR solutions. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure outstanding service delivery and achieve client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in accounting and finance for Australian clients
- Experience in Myob, QBO, and Xero is compulsory
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Proactive and results-driven mindset
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration / Finance & Accounts
