Job Description
Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Technical Lead located in Colombo. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical team in all aspects of software development, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and provide technical guidance and mentorship. Responsible for maintaining software quality, scalability, and performance.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in software development with hands-on coding and architecture design
- Proficiency in Java, Python, JavaScript
- Experience in leading technical teams
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
- Familiarity with cloud computing, data analytics, and mobile app development
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications like AWS Certified Developer or Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate are a plus
