Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT Infrastructure including Firewall, Routers, Switches, Access Points, VPN, etc.
- Configure Windows Servers (AD, DNS, DHCP, WSUS) and Linux Servers
- Manage Hypervisors like Hyper-V and VMware
- Monitor Servers and Networks using tools
- Install and Configure Software, Hardware, and Network
- Handle Patch Management, Troubleshoot Issues, and Support VOIP, CCTV, Antivirus, etc.
- Provide IT Support to HQ, Branches, and Outsourced parties
- Collaborate with ISPs and Vendors, manage IT OPEX and CAPEX, and maintain IT Asset Register
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of IT Infrastructure and Operations experience
- 2 years of IT Support and 3+ years as Network Engineer
- Diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, analytical, and independent worker
- BSc in Systems/ Network Engineering or related field
- Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, Microsoft (MCP, MCSA, MCSE), RHCA, and Azure Administrator Associate
- Experience with System Monitoring Tools and Cloud platforms like GCP, AWS, and Azure
