Job Description
UK based HR Consultancy & HR Services Company, Uconnect, is seeking an HR Intern to assist in talent acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with candidate sourcing and screening.
- Schedule candidate interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings.
- Create and post job ads.
- Maintain the applicant tracking system.
- Collaborate with hiring managers.
- Manage social media posts for talent attraction.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate in HR/Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Strong computer skills.
