Job Description
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a General Manager of Manufacturing at Nhance Recruitment. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the manufacturing department, including planning production strategies, ensuring quality control, managing employees, and optimizing processes. They will coordinate with other departments, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 5 to 6 years’ experience in a similar position or at DGM level in manufacturing
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Experience in manufacturing operations and process improvement
- Knowledge of quality control principles and methodologies
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting production targets and deadlines
- Experience in managing and developing a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Additional certifications in manufacturing or operations management are a plus
