Role Description
- Lead Compliance function ensuring adherence to standards and regulations
- Develop systems for compliance, draft policies, and recommend changes
- Advise on compliance risks, monitor actions, and maintain records
- Coordinate with regulators, audits, and manage Compliance Risk
Qualifications
- Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA
- Minimum 3 years’ compliance experience
- Strong project management and communication skills
