Role Description

  • Lead Compliance function ensuring adherence to standards and regulations
  • Develop systems for compliance, draft policies, and recommend changes
  • Advise on compliance risks, monitor actions, and maintain records
  • Coordinate with regulators, audits, and manage Compliance Risk

Qualifications

  • Associate Member of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA
  • Minimum 3 years’ compliance experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
