Job Description
Company Description: Aqua Technologies (Pvt) Ltd is the leading specialist in Total Water Management Company in Sri Lanka. The company specializes in water treatment, effluent treatment, sewage treatment, swimming pool design and construction, and pumping solutions. They cater to various sectors on the island.
Role Description: This full-time on-site role entails managing HR operations, employee relations, policies, and general HR tasks at Aqua Technologies. Responsibilities include implementing HR initiatives, supporting engagement, ensuring policy compliance, and fostering a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR management, operations, and employee relations
- Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
- Strong grasp of HR principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in HR software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
