Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including inbound and outbound transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain accurate records of logistics activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and inventory reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
- Utilize logistics software and tools to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies related to logistics operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics within the FMCG and Engineering industries.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, transportation, and warehousing.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
