Job Description
Location: Avissawella EPZ
Job Duties:
- To be the main point of contact for general HR enquiries, conduct full-cycle recruitment, manage probationary reports, maintain HR systems, manage personnel records, oversee employee training program, carry out performance evaluations, ensure compliance, lead negotiations, provide HR analytics, and manage employee exits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HRM/Business Management, minimum 5 years of experience, effective communication skills, resilience, flexibility, ability to work under pressure, establish good relationships, operate within deadlines, and process driven.
