Responsibilities (Payments)
- Assist the treasury Accountant / Assistant to manage the company’s daily cash flows.
- Prepare cash forecasts & manage cash flows / cycles ensuring availability of adequate funds.
- Maintenance of all bank related documents
- Maintenance of loan schedules of the organization & monitor the interest / capital charged to the bank.
- Processing foreign currency payments, opening of LCS for the company.
- Preparing suppliers reconciliations & Bank reconciliations
Responsibilities (MIS)
- Assist to finalize monthly Management Accounts.
- Liaise with external auditors and assists to finalize the external Audit on time.
- Process accrual and other journal entries consistently and accurately.
- Prepare and review Balance sheet schedules.
- Assists to prepare budget / cashflow forecast.
- Monitor adherence to internal control procedures.
- Prepare the management reports.
Requirements
- A degree / partly qualification in CA / ACCA or any other similar qualifications.
- Proven experience in FCMG industry would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 02-year experience in a similar position.
- Should be a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, strong set of values and leadership qualities.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Sinhala & English
