Job Description
Location – Avissawella EPZ
Job Duties:
- Carrying out routine and scheduled electrical maintenance work and responding to electrical equipment faults.
- Analyze breakdowns, diagnose faults, and supervise time-critical equipment repairs.
- Maintaining all necessary electrical maintenance records.
- Designing electrical maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
- Supervising electrical staff by leading, motivating, and offering technical expertise.
- Managing and maintaining spare parts.
- Monitoring and controlling maintenance costs according to the budget.
- Scheduling and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all electrical equipment.
Requirements:
- Degree in electrical engineering
- 3 – 5 years experience in the manufacturing industry
- Leadership skills
