Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Corporate Sales and Business Development Manager at Mind Plus located in Colombo. Responsible for driving sales and business growth by developing and executing strategic plans, including client meetings, relationship building, and identifying opportunities. Collaborate with teams for customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related. MBA preferred.
- Proven success in corporate sales, preferably in CCTV or security.
- Strong understanding of CCTV technology in corporate environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments.
- Strategic thinking to develop effective sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies.
- Prospect and Acquire Corporate Clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and maintain client relationships.
- Manage a prospective client pipeline and ensure satisfaction post-sale.
