Job Description
Responsibilities
- Record and manage procurement transactions using Odoo ERP system.
- Collaborate with sales and project teams to ensure billing accuracy.
- Address engineer inquiries on purchase orders and bill of materials.
- Ensure accurate data for project planning and decision-making.
- Maintain compliance with standards and internal control system.
- Organize documentation for internal audit.
Pre-Requisites
- Bachelor’s degree in Management/Accounting or Diploma in Accountancy.
- Minimum 1 year experience with Odoo ERP System.
- 1 year working experience in the Manufacturing industry (advantage).
- Experience in Odoo procurement/inventory management (advantage).
