Job Competencies:
- Qualifications: A Diploma/Degree in Business Management or IATA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in outbound packaged tours.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with established relationships in the industry.
- Creativity: A creative thinker with a passion for travel and marketing.
- Additional: Part or full qualifications in SLIM/CIM are advantageous.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Package Design: Overall responsibility for designing and implementing unique and enjoyable holiday packages.
- Promotions: Develop and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new projects.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create engaging advertising content across various platforms.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with advertising partners, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.
