Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the budget and resources for MarTech initiatives, aligning with the organization’s financial and marketing goals.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM systems to enhance customer communication and retention.
- Develop and execute a MarTech strategy that supports overall business objectives.
- Analyze marketing technology performance, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
- Foster strong relationships with marketing technology vendors and internal stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- A strong educational background with a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Marketing and/or IT. MBA or other managerial qualifications are a plus.
- At least 2 years of digital marketing experience in a related industry and 3+ years of managerial experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Proficiency in social media marketing tools, A/B testing, data analytics, and web development.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and teams, with a keen insight into business strategy and customer-centricity.
