Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and inventory levels.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and conduct market research.
- Optimize supply chain operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
