Role Description
This temporary Specialist role (1 – 3 months) involves JIRA administration tasks, supporting project teams with workflows, configurations, and issue tracking at eArrow. Hybrid work setup in Nugegoda with remote options available.
Qualifications
- JIRA administration and configuration expertise
- Experience in supporting project teams with JIRA workflows and issue tracking
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Capability to work independently and remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Atlassian tools like Confluence and Bitbucket is a plus
