Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, setting clear goals and targets and providing guidance and support.
- Oversee marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and attract new customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and market expansion.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback for innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales and marketing performance, providing insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in senior sales or commercial leadership role.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth, strategic partnerships, and team leadership.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
