Trainee Accounts cum Client Executive for an Australian BPO. | Work from Home
We’re in search of a talented and meticulous Trainee Accounts and Client Executive to join our rapidly expanding team. As a Trainee Accounts and Client Executive, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining precise financial records and providing essential support to our clients on a daily basis. We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organizational and communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail.
Ideal candidates should:
- Demonstrate fluency in English.
- Be capable of handling international calls from Australia.
- Possess experience with Xero/QuickBooks software.
- Preferably have a background in Call Centre/Administration/Reception/Accounting or similar roles.
- Manage incoming phone inquiries and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage effectively with individuals with disabilities.
- Exhibit self-starting initiative.
- Uphold a strong team ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
- Project a vibrant and engaging personality.
Requirements include a stable internet connection and a laptop.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, from 4 am to 2 pm approximately, according to Sri Lanka time. Saturday availability from 4 am to 8 am.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay: 20k to 50k LKR (with potential increments within the first 3 months based on performance).
