We are hiring for the position of HR Executive at InTalent Asia.

Working Hours: 08.30 AM to 5.30 PM, SAT 8.30 AM to 2.30 PM

Working Days: Sri Lankan standard workdays

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or CIPM qualification
• Minimum 3 years experience in manufacturing/warehouse industry
• Knowledge of HRIS and data management
• Excellent MS Office skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Proximity to Ja Ela, Bopitiya, and Seeduwa areas

Responsibilities:

• Update manpower plan, recruit suitable candidates
• Handle employee life cycle and induction programs
• Manage employee committees, grievances, and HRIS
• Monitor absenteeism and turnover
• Perform additional duties as required
