Job Description
We are #hiring for the position of Executive – IT Service Management at LAUGFS Holdings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Respond to queries, diagnose issues, and implement solutions.
- Conduct training programs, install and configure workstations, and provide software support.
- Conduct R&D activities to enhance the working environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science
- Professional certifications such as ITIL/Cisco/Linux
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT service management or related fields.
