Job Description
Web Developer (WordPress)
We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. As a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing custom WordPress websites and plugins that meet our client’s needs. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of WordPress development, as well as experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Your Primary Job Responsibilities
- Design visually appealing modern web and landing pages using the Latest UI/UX standards.
- Implement designs on a WordPress website, ensuring functionality and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
- Develop custom WordPress themes using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate e-commerce functionality to WordPress.
- Collaborate with team members, including copywriters and marketers, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Provide ongoing maintenance and support for WordPress websites, including updating plugins, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing website performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design and development.
- Server-side configuration.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma, Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in web design and development, with a focus on WordPress.
- Solid proficiency in popular web development tools and platforms such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, WooCommerce, etc…
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Magento development would be an added advantage
