Business Development Executive

Our client is a prestigious institution dedicated to delivering high-quality postgraduate diplomas based in Colombo

Responsibilities

• Contact all marketing-driven leads via phone and email to establish interest and set face-to-face appointments.
• Assist potential students in selecting areas of education.
• Communicate college procedures, academic deadlines & relevant information to students.
• Report to the Head of Marketing Academic Department regarding student requirements and eligibility.
• Establish a positive relationship with potential student to recruit and retain students.

Expected Profile

• Should hold a basic degree or follow a professional qualification and be computer literate
• Excellent command of English with proficiency in Tamil (or) Sinhala.
• Knowledge of the higher education landscape, including trends and best practices.
• Minimum 2 years experience in Business Development or related fields.
• Mandatory requirement: Applicants must have prior experience in education counseling, business development, or telemarketing.
