Raffles Consolidated (Pvt.) Ltd is a leading name in the Hospitality Industry, that offers a wide range of services that revolve around the fixed contract catering sector in Sri Lanka. We are looking for an energetic, creative and dynamic Content Creator to join our team:

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Develop content strategies that align with the company’s brand identity and marketing goals.
• Manage and maintain the company’s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer interactions.
• Use analytic tools to measure the effectiveness of content and social media strategies, and adjust tactics based on insights.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, and other team members to produce multimedia content.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the company brand.
• Maintain compliance with copyright and data protection laws.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Experience with social media management and digital marketing.
