Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Event Sales to join Cinnamon Life, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka's largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

Reporting to the Manager, Event Sales, you will play a crucial role in providing essential administrative support to the Event Sales team. Your responsibilities encompass managing correspondence, maintaining the client database, preparing monthly reports and handling telephone inquiries. Additionally, you will actively participate in filing information and conducting site inspections within Cinnamon Life. Representing the face of Cinnamon Life, you will consistently uphold the brand with the highest level of quality, ensuring immaculate personal presentation and office areas. Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, you will adeptly address guest questions about property facilities and services, responding promptly to inquiries via phone and email. With a commitment to upholding resort policies and procedures, you will oversee and facilitate the processing of conference and event bookings, contributing to the seamless execution of events.
