Job Description
Designation : Assistant Manager – Digital Transformation
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Business Sectors to understand goals, strategic priorities, and ongoing digital transformation needs
- Manage digital transformation demand and capture high-level requirements
- Conduct process mapping and identify opportunities for improvement
- Articulate value and develop compelling business cases
- Support the evaluation of digital solution options and vendor proposals
- Deliver Project Management Office support
- Establish and report on KPIs and status updates
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA preferred)
- Certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, and Agile Development preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar digital transformation role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
