Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our client’s team in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves managing front-line operational activities of a healthcare facility, ensuring supreme customer care, handling patient complaints, and supervising front office staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hospital operations
- Allocate resources for patient care
- Supervise front office staff
- Handle patient complaints and suggest improvements
- Resolve customer problems and ensure staff compliance
- Prepare management reports and attend to VIPs
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality/Marketing Management
- 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role
- Healthcare/hospitality sector exposure preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and delegate efficiently
- Experience with ERP systems and high self-discipline
