Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager in Human Resource Development. you will be responsible for various tasks related to HR Development, and career management. You will work closely with the HR team to ensure effective implementation of HR policies and programmes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Human Resource Development and HR Management
- Experience in career management and talent development
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
