Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator Intern to assist in the seamless coordination between our sales team and accounts team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our sales processes run smoothly and efficiently, ultimately contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Requirements:

– Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

– Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Act as a liaison between the sales team and the accounts team to facilitate communication and collaboration.

– Assist in preparing and updating sales reports, presentations, and documentation.

– Coordinate and schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups between the sales and accounts teams.

– Help manage customer inquiries, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate team members and addressed promptly.

– Support the sales team in tracking sales orders, processing invoices, and managing customer accounts.
