Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a GRC Consultant located in Colombo. As a GRC Consultant, you will have responsibility for the day-to-day management of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) projects, including risk assessments, investigations & audits, and developing operation procedures to ensure compliance. The candidate will work closely with business units, management and legal teams to align policies and procedures with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices. The GRC Consultant will also maintain expertise in their domain to ensure the highest standard of service delivery to clients.
Qualifications
- GRC Experience, including risk assessments, investigations & audits, and developing operation procedures to ensure compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work directly with senior clients, highly motivated, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Experience with cybersecurity and information security best practices for risk management and compliance programs.
- Possession of a relevant degree or certification, such as CISA, CISSP/CCSP, CISM, or CRISC will be an asset
- Experience with Regulatory compliance requirements such as GDPR, HIPAA, SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO Standards, HiTrust, NIST, FINRA, SEC, etc.
- Experience in Cybersecurity compliance regulations and frameworks
- At least 1 years of working experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the financial sector is a plus
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
