Job Description

✔ Previous experience in a management role, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
✔ Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
✔ Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
✔ Sound knowledge of branch operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.
✔ Ability to work well under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
✔ bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
✔ Relevant certifications or training in management and leadership (an advantage).
