Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an Executive, Guest Relations to join Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort, the much anticipated 1 billion USD project, opening in late 2024. Cinnamon Life Integrated Resort is a part of Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts, Sri Lanka’s largest Hotel owner with a portfolio of 15 Hotels and Resorts in Sri Lanka and the Maldives. It is a member of John Keells Holdings PLC, one of the largest listed conglomerates in Sri Lanka.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and personalized guest service throughout their stay. This includes offering insightful recommendations on the area’s shopping, dining, and entertainment experiences. You will be expected to deliver outstanding customer care by always dealing with guests in a polite and courteous manner, and by anticipating their needs. Additionally, you will be soliciting feedback for continuous service improvement, handling special requests, and coordinating VIP services. Liaising with other hotel departments for seamless service delivery is also a key aspect of this role.

We are looking for candidates who are capable of speaking Arabic, have prior experience working at a luxury star-class hotel, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, are well-organized and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and have prior experience working in a multicultural environment.
