Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Human Resource Executive to join our team. The Jr HR Executive will provide support in various HR functions and assist in ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism. The Jr HR Executive will contribute to creating a positive work environment and supporting the overall HR objectives of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection:
• Assist in job posting, resume screening, and shortlisting of candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and assessments.
• Conduct reference checks for potential candidates.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires.

Employee Relations:

• Assist in maintaining employee records and personnel files.
• Handle day-to-day employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Support disciplinary processes and assist in investigations, as required.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and activities.

HR Administration:

• Maintain and update HR databases and systems.
• Assist in the preparation of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.
• Support HR projects and initiatives.
• Assist in the implementation and compliance of HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Human Resources Management Qualification from a reputed Educational Institute.
• Previous experience in an HR role or internship will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Sri Lankan labor laws and regulations with a qualification in this area
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
