Position: Acquisition Specialist(sales)
Location: Kandy, Sri Lanka

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded Acquisition specialist focused on growth geos to join our team. They will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new partners and expanding business’ presence in target geographical regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships with local businesses. The role requires extensive travel and familiarization of newly launched as well as focus geos.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and prioritize target geographical regions for restaurant expansion based on market analysis, customer demand, and strategic objectives.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to onboard new restaurant partners and grow restaurant network in the region.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with restaurants, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions that drive revenue growth and long-term success.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and account management, to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support for restaurant partners.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to proactively identify new business prospects and address market challenges.
Exceed monthly targets and all activities of revenue generation.
Manage and track your account funnel, with multiple simultaneous opportunities
Travel extensively in order to hunt and collect leads.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
2 – 3 years of experience doing/managing Sales / Client Interactions / Client facing work
Strong understanding of local market dynamics, restaurant operations, and customer behavior in target regions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive mindset and a passion for driving growth and innovation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools is a plus.
Having your own motorbike would be beneficial
