Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for three experienced Customer Experience Specialists to join our team. Ideal candidates should have a background in customer service within the Travel and Tourism industry. Mechanical knowledge is a plus. The role requires working on a roster basis with two weekly holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, chat, and in-person.
• Assist customers with travel-related queries and offer personalized travel solutions.
• Use basic mechanical knowledge to help with customer inquiries about travel equipment or vehicle rentals.
• Work on a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Travel and Tourism.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work on a roster basis, including weekends and holidays.
